New Education Policy India-2020

Finally after 34 Years old Indian Education System is Changed.
  • 10 + 2  board structure is dropped.
  • New school structure will be 5+3+3+4.
  • Up to 5 preschool, 6-8 Mid School, 8-11 High School.
  • Any Degree will be of 4 Years, Master of 1 Year.
  • 6th onward vocational courses will be available.
  • From 8th-11th, Students can choose subjects.
  • All graduation course will have major and minor.
    • Example - Science students can have Physics as Major & Music as mnior also. Any combination student can choose
  • All higher education will be governed by only one authority.
  • UGC & AICTE will be merged.
  • All University government , private, open, deemed, vocational, etc will have the same grading and other rules.
  • The New Teacher Training board will be set up for all kinds of teacher in the country.
  • Multiple entry and exit from any course is possible now.
  • All exams will be semester wise twice a year.
  • The Syllabus will be reduced to core Knowledge level.
  • More focus on student practical knowledge.
  • For any graduation course if the student completes only 1 year he will get a basic certificate, if he completes 2 years then he/she will get a Diploma certificate.
