Why all of sudden every one talks about whatsapp privacy policy? Accept | Decline ?

✔️  Recently whatsapp rolled out the payments in India and Other Countries, in order to make more stronger growth in the market and make whatsapp a bigger brand for all and boost their presence in market whatsapp has updated the privacy policy with new terms & Conditions.

✔️ Since this Terms & Conditions are quiet critical and taking more information of the user's, every one are opposing | afraid | sacred of this policy and every one started to talks about this.

So what are the Actual Privacy Policy updated by Whatsapp?

✔️ Whatsapp said the user data will be shared with their Parent Company Facebook as part of Business integration.

Will Whatsapp share your message with Facebook?

✔️ Whatsapp Spoker person said - "No, the personal chats of the user will be still end-to-end encrypted and will not be shared".

What data will Whatsapp share with Facebook?

✔️ Whatsapp will share 

    ✔️ Account Registrration information (phone number), 

    ✔️ Transaction data (Whatsapp payments is already live in India) 

    ✔️ Information on how you are interaction with others(includes business)

    ✔️ Mobile device information

    ✔️ IP Address

    ✔️ Your location.

Why they are bringing this things now?

✔️ Mark Zuckerbeg has vision of Integration of all the services Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp and bringing more service to whatsapp for the user's, in order to achieve they are doing this Data exchange.

So Whatsapp will use my data for ads?

✔️ No Exactly, At least in whatsapp they don't have ads yet.

✔️ But Sharing the data Facebook will improve more efficient and improved ads will be targeted/shown to you 😉

Does whatsapp store your message in their servers?

✔️ Whatsapp Spoker person said - "No, Once the message is received by the users, message will be deleted from Company Servers". If the "Message could not delivered for some reason, then those message will be in Company servers up to 30days, that too in encrypted format".

So Should I give Accept or Decline?

✔️ It is purely your choice, if you read all the above seems okay for you and you want to use whatsapp you need to Accept it before Deadline given by Whatsapp as per today it is 8th,Feb 2021.

✔️ If you don't want to accept, then just delete your account and look for some other service which is plenty out in the market.
